INFINITY Telecom N.V. was founded in march 1993 as a division of INFINITY N.V.

INFINITY N.V. was founded on the 1 st   of December 1992, as intermediary for two insurance companies with a staffing of two. In March 1993 INFINITY N.V. obtained an import license and in view of the interest of the Company for telecommunications development worldwide, it was decided to import telecommunication apparatus, more specifically cellular phones.

Therefore, INFINITY Telecom N.V./YTELCO N.V. was established. Due to the very modern vision of the management we were able to be completely involved in the telecommunication business in Suriname, side by side with Suriname's national telecommunication company, Telesur.

INFINITY Telecom N.V. was the first to introduce the cellular mobile phone on the Surinamese market, right after Telesur introduced the cellular network.

 INFINITY Telecom N.V. has its core business in the installation of telecommunication equipment and telephone networks, and supplying the market with cellular phones, accessories, ID badges and radio communication equipment. 

In 2000, INFINITY N.V. expanded its wings to Nieuw Nickerie, Suriname 's second largest city. This gave INFINITY Telecom N.V. the opportunity to expand its marketplace. Being the only provider of PBX systems in Nickerie besides Telesur.
